Qualifications

• 5+ years in field service, industrial automation preferred.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic knowledge.
• Able to read schematics, blueprints, manuals.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• PLC programming and HMI experience a plus.
• Independent work and time management ability.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel within Gauteng and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on industrial machinery and control systems, minimizing downtime.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Install, configure, and commission new equipment and systems per specs.
• Provide on-site technical support and guidance to clients; build strong relationships.
• Document all service activities clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to share knowledge and improve products.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at client sites.
• Train client personnel on operation and basic maintenance.
