Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Leader to oversee the integration and support of MIS JACC Department applications. You will drive design, configuration, pre/post go-live planning, and continuous improvement with AGL HQ collaboration.

You will mentor IPL team members, lead end-user training, and ensure adherence to procedures while coordinating with regional IT and vendors for evolution, bugs, and release communications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Information Systems or similar.
• High expertise in Project Management protocols.
• Knowledge in Freight Forwarding Business Applications.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
• Knowledge in Transport Management Systems and SQL is a plus.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Transport Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor IPL Team members to develop necessary skills.
• Design and configure related applications and report designs; manage implementations including pre and post Go-live planning.
• Manage system evolution, bug escalations, and resolutions; conduct Expression of Need and coordinate releases.
