Latus Group in Sandton is seeking an IFRS Technical Leader to provide governance over IFRS accounting matters and oversee the integrity of financial reporting across the group. The role drives accounting policy, technical positions and reporting standards at the highest level.

You will lead technical forums, mentor finance professionals and ensure PFMA compliance while engaging executive management, audit committees and the board.

Competenze

• CA(SA) is required.
• 8–10 years of IFRS technical accounting leadership experience.
• Experience presenting to Audit Committees and Boards.

Mansioni

• Act as principal IFRS technical advisor to the Corporation.
• Lead establishment and maintenance of the accounting policy framework.
• Develop and approve technical accounting methodologies and interpretations.
