Cape Town International Convention Centre is seeking an experienced ICT Infrastructure Specialist to provide expert 3rd line support and oversee the venue's entire ICT infrastructure. Qualifications

• Current industry certifications in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure and related infrastructure.
• Experience with VMware, backup and disaster recovery.
• Strong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switching).
• Security and IT governance awareness.

Responsabilités

• Ensure ICT systems availability across LAN/WAN, core routing, and security devices.
• Administer on-premises and cloud environments, including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Manage VMware virtualized infrastructure and disaster recovery processes.
• Monitor and respond to incidents, escalations, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate projects and liaise with vendors to ensure service quality.
• Develop documentation, governance, and ITIL-aligned processes.
