Qualifications

• 6–8 years’ experience managing a team within the ICT industry.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of the ICT industry.
• Proven experience working professionally with clients.
• Previous sales and business development experience is essential.
• Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Comfortable meeting with prospective and existing clients.
• Ability to understand and identify client needs and business requirements.
• Good understanding of a corporate business environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the ICT operations team
• Manage and assist the technical team with operational and technical requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Arrange and conduct client meetings
• Identify client requirements and understand their business needs
• Develop new business opportunities and contribute towards revenue growth
• Provide clients with appropriate ICT solutions based on their requirements
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery
