Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent in food safety or related field recommended.
• Proven experience as a Food Safety Auditor or Hygiene Inspector.
• Strong knowledge of local health codes and food safety standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site audits of food service establishments in Randburg and surrounding areas.
• Assess compliance with local health codes, food safety regulations, and client policies.
• Evaluate kitchen operations, storage, handling practices, and staff hygiene.
• Identify risks and non-compliance issues, documenting findings accurately.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with corrective action recommendations.
• Provide training and guidance on hygiene practices to staff.
• Stay updated on food safety legislation and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and follow up on corrective actions.
