Qualifications

• Experience with site inspections and risk assessments.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Good writing and documentation skills.
• Clear communication with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently with a hybrid schedule.
• Proficiency in audit software and standard office apps.
• Certification in HACCP/ISO 22000 is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular on-site audits of facilities to assess hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Evaluate compliance with hygiene protocols, health regulations and company standards.
• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings and non-conformities.
• Develop corrective action plans and provide management recommendations.
• Perform follow-up assessments to verify corrective measures.
• Stay updated on latest hygiene standards, regulations, best practices.
• Communicate audit findings effectively to stakeholders, verbally and in writing.
• Utilize audit software and tools for data collection and reporting.
• Maintain accurate, organized records of audit activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodologies.
