Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with HVAC specialization.
• 8+ years of progressive HVAC design experience.
• Proficient in HVAC design software (HAP, Trace 700) and AutoCAD MEP.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and psychrometrics.
• Experience with energy modeling and sustainable design.
• PE license is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer integrated HVAC systems, including cooling, heating, ventilation, and air distribution.
• Perform load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection using specialized software.
• Develop detailed design documents, including P&IDs, schematics, and specifications .
