The ideal candidate has 8+ years in HVAC design, proficiency with CAD tools (AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP), and a track record of leading design teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HVAC design and mechanical systems experience.
• Proficiency with CAD tools (AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP).
• Strong knowledge of building codes and ASHRAE standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and specification of HVAC systems for commercial and industrial projects.
• Perform load calculations, airflow analysis, and equipment selection.
• Develop detailed HVAC drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with codes, energy standards, and safety regulations.
