Placements24 is seeking a Senior HSE Advisor to oversee health, safety and environmental compliance for remote operations in the Oil & Gas sector. You will develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies to ensure a safe working environment for personnel, wherever they are located.

The role demands strategic risk assessment, incident investigations, remote training delivery, audits, and guidance to management and dispersed teams across time zones, promoting a strong safety culture and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in HSE roles with remote or dispersed operations in Oil & Gas or similar high-risk industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE legislation and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Proven experience developing and delivering effective HSE training and communication strategies for remote teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems suitable for remote operations.
• Conduct remote risk assessments, incident investigations, and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs and awareness campaigns tailored for a remote workforce.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the organization's policies and practices remain compliant.
• Advise management and operational teams on HSE matters, providing guidance and support for risk mitigation.
• Promote a positive safety culture through engagement, communication, and the implementation of best practices across all Oil & Gas activities.
