Job summary

Sasso Consulting (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town seeks an experienced HR & Payroll Specialist to own and manage the company’s HR and payroll functions. You will handle payroll processing, attendance, leave, HR admin, contracts and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of solid HR and payroll experience, strong knowledge of PAYE, accurate record keeping and the ability to work closely with management to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' solid HR and payroll experience.
• Solid HR background with payroll and attendance management.
• Experience working with PAYE and statutory payroll requirements.
• Proven ability to interact with management on HR matters.
• Strong Excel and HR/payroll systems literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR and payroll administration.
• Process monthly payroll and maintain employee records.
• Handle attendance, timekeeping and leave management.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Support employee relations, policies and procedures.
• Provide management with HR and payroll reports.
