Placements24 is seeking a data-driven Hotel Revenue Manager for our flagship property in Sandton. You will lead pricing, forecasting, and inventory management, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize ADR and occupancy while protecting rate parity.

You will leverage advanced analytics and market insights to drive revenue across all channels, with a focus on profitability and strategic growth in Gauteng's competitive hospitality sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of revenue management experience in hotels.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and pricing skills.
• Experience with PMS and revenue management software.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR.
• Analyze market data, competitor pricing, and trends to forecast demand.
• Manage and optimize room inventory across distribution channels (OTAs and direct bookings).
• Implement dynamic pricing and maintain rate parity across platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop promotions and packages.
• Prepare reports on revenue performance, market share, and KPIs.
