You will drive curriculum development, industry engagement, and continuous program improvement, aligning with international standards and ESG trends while mentoring students and leading high-impact seminars.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive management experience within the hospitality industry.
• Minimum 5 years of higher education or professional training experience.
• Experience teaching adult learners or executive education.
• Practical knowledge of hotel operational systems and management tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education modules in Hotel Management and Hospitality Operations.
• Mentor and advise students throughout their academic journey.
• Supervise capstone projects, dissertations, and applied consulting assignments.
• Maintain high teaching standards aligned with institutional quality policies.
• Review course content to reflect developments in the hospitality sector.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum coherence across programmes.
• Engage with industry partners and contribute to accreditation activities.
