About the Role Our client, an esteemed high school in Benoni, Gauteng , is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Mathematics Teacher. This role involves imparting knowledge and fostering a deep understanding of mathematical concepts among learners from Grade 8 to Grade 12. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive lesson plans, assessing student progress, and preparing students for examinations, including the National Senior Certificate. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A relevant Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Mathematics Education.
• A Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Registration with the South African Council for Educators (SACE).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience teaching Mathematics at the high school level.
• In-depth knowledge of the South African high school mathematics curriculum and assessment requirements.
