Job summary

dearx is seeking an experienced H3C Network Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise network infrastructures. You will configure and maintain H3C devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems across diverse environments.

We require hands-on expertise with H3C, VLANs, routing, security policies, and mesh networking; you will troubleshoot issues, conduct capacity planning, and contribute to security and compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• H3C certification (H3CNE/H3CSE/H3CIE) is advantageous.
• Experience with H3C networking technologies and enterprise/ISP environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain H3C network devices.
• Deploy and support H3C switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
• Configure VLANs, STP, routing protocols, ACLs, QoS, and security policies.
• Implement wireless and mesh networks; monitor performance and ensure high availability.
• Provide L2/L3 support; perform root cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Document configurations, procedures, and change requests.
• Participate in infrastructure and migration projects; collaborate with vendors and teams.
