Job summary

dearx is seeking an experienced H3C Network Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise network infrastructures. You will configure and maintain H3C devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems across diverse environments.

We require hands-on expertise with H3C, VLANs, routing, security policies, and mesh networking; you will troubleshoot issues, conduct capacity planning, and contribute to security and compliance efforts.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
H3C certification (H3CNE/H3CSE/H3CIE) is advantageous.
Experience with H3C networking technologies and enterprise/ISP environments.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain H3C network devices.
Deploy and support H3C switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
Configure VLANs, STP, routing protocols, ACLs, QoS, and security policies.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong H3C Network Engineer to design, implement, support, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining H3C networking technologies, including switching, routing, wireless, security, and meshing solutions across enterprise and service provider environments.

The role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, deep understanding of network architecture, and hands-on experience with H3C enterprise equipment and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Network Implementation & Configuration

Install, configure, and maintain H3C network infrastructure devices.
Deploy and support H3C switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
Configure VLANs, STP, routing protocols, ACLs, QoS, and security policies.
Implement and maintain wireless and mesh network environments.

Network Operations & Support

Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues.
Perform root cause analysis on recurring network problems.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support.

Network Design & Optimization

Assist with network architecture planning and optimization.
Design scalable and secure network solutions.
Conduct network assessments and capacity planning.
Recommend infrastructure improvements and upgrades.

Security & Compliance

Ensure network security standards are maintained.
Implement firewall rules and network segmentation.
Support vulnerability remediation and compliance initiatives.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate network diagrams and technical documentation.
Prepare operational and incident reports.
Document configurations, procedures, and change requests.

Project Delivery

Participate in infrastructure and migration projects.
Support data center and branch connectivity rollouts.
Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
H3C certification highly advantageous:
