Bionic Talent is seeking a senior SEO & Paid Ads Manager to own both organic search and paid campaigns for healthcare-focused clients. This fully remote role requires hands-on leadership across strategy, execution, and reporting, with a focus on converting high-intent traffic into qualified leads.

You will optimize technical SEO, local search, and AI-driven search performance, manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and LSAs, and present data-driven recommendations to clients

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of hands-on SEO and paid advertising experience.
• Strong technical and strategic SEO expertise.
• Experience with US-based clients or agencies is preferred.
• Excellent English with client communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for qualified traffic and conversions.
