Job summary

Bionic Talent is seeking a senior SEO and Paid Ads Manager for a US-based digital marketing agency focusing on healthcare, medical, and dental sectors. You will own and execute both organic search and paid strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and LSAs.

The role is hands-on with full-funnel ownership from technical SEO to campaign optimization, client reporting, and strategic recommendations. US experience and agency background are preferred; remote work from SA is supported with

Qualifications

5–8+ years of hands-on SEO and paid ads experience.
Strong technical and strategic SEO expertise, including local and on-page.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn ads.
Proficient in WordPress, GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and conversion tracking.
Familiar with GoHighLevel and ClickUp for workflow management.
Ability to translate marketing data into client-facing insights.
Excellent English communication; comfortable in a remote, client-facing role.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies focused on qualified traffic and conversions.
Audit technical SEO and resolve crawlability, indexability, site speed, and on-page issues.
Conduct keyword research for local and industry-specific intent.
Manage local SEO, Google Business Profiles, citations, and reviews.
Plan and execute SEO-driven content and on-page optimization.
Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and LSAs.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
Present performance reports and actionable insights to clients and leadership.
