Our client, a US-based digital marketing agency, seeks a Senior SEO & Paid Ads Manager to own and execute organic search and paid strategies for healthcare-focused clients. The role covers technical SEO, local search, AI search optimization, and campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and LSAs.

The candidate will develop strategies, execute campaigns, analyze performance, and present actionable recommendations to clients and leadership. US experience is mandatory.

Qualificações

• 5–8+ years of combined hands-on experience in SEO and paid advertising.
• Strong technical and strategic SEO expertise, including technical, local, and on-page SEO.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong working knowledge of WordPress, GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and conversion tracking.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel and ClickUp.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPL, conversion rates, lead generation, attribution, and campaign performance.
• Experience optimizing websites and paid campaigns based on conversion data rather than traffic or vanity metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written English with the ability to communicate directly with clients.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a fully remote environment with minimal oversight.
• Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns for healthcare, medical, dental, or related specialized industries.
• Experience working with US-based digital marketing agencies and US-focused clients is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies focused on qualified traffic, high-intent leads, and conversions.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve crawlability, indexability, site structure, speed, and on-page issues.
• Perform keyword research focused on high-converting, local, and industry-specific search intent.
• Manage local SEO, including Google Business Profiles, citations, and review strategies.
• Optimize websites and content for Google, Bing, and emerging AI‑driven search platforms.
• Manage WordPress websites, CMS updates, website structure, hosting migrations, and domain‑related tasks.
• Implement and optimize schema markup and other technical SEO improvements.
• Plan and execute SEO‑driven content and on‑page optimization.
• Monitor organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and technical health using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush and related tools.
• Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and LSAs.
• Build, manage, optimize, and scale campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and ROAS.
• Conduct audience, creative, keyword, landing‑page, and budget A/B testing.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve CPL, conversion rates, and overall efficiency.
• Develop data‑driven strategies based on campaign analytics and client objectives.
• Work within the client's campaign systems and processes to ensure consistent implementation.
• Create clear performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
• Present SEO and paid advertising strategies, audits, performance reports, and recommendations directly to clients.
• Translate complex marketing data into clear business insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple client accounts with strong organization and accountability.
• Collaborate with internal teams across content, web, creative, and account management.
• Take ownership of client performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth.
