Job summary

Raizcorp seeks a seasoned business professional to join as a full-time, salaried business coach. You will coach a portfolio of entrepreneurs across strategy, sales, marketing, finance and personal development, using a structured methodology to empower entrepreneurs to act independently.

No prior coaching experience is required; Raizcorp will invest in your coaching capability while you apply strong commercial acumen to drive real impact and growth.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years’ experience across corporate and entrepreneurial settings.
• Own businesses at some point (required).
• Commercially fluent across strategy, sales, marketing and finance.
• High emotional intelligence with empathy for entrepreneurs.
• Crisp communicator, organized, systematic and proactive.
• Driver’s licence and own car essential.

Responsibilities

• Hold one-on-one coaching sessions and group learning using a proven programme.
• Manage a defined portfolio of entrepreneurs and track revenue, profitability, and founder growth.
• Coordinate inputs across strategy, sales, marketing, finance and people.
• Stay aware of economic shifts and regulations affecting entrepreneurs.
• Collaborate with other coaches in team and one-on-one settings.
