Job summary

Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Group Reporting Accountant to deliver accurate consolidated financial information in line with IFRS and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on group consolidations, technical accounting, and audit-ready reporting packs across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a CA(SA) with 5+ years of experience, strong IFRS knowledge, and exposure to a JSE-listed finance environment.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification and 5+ years accounting experience.
• IFRS expertise and solid technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience preparing Consolidated Financial Statements for a group.
• Familiarity with tax accounting (income and deferred taxes).
• Exposure to JSE-listed finance environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated monthly, interim and annual financial reports.
• Perform group consolidations including intercompany eliminations.
• Prepare IFRS-compliant Consolidated Annual Financial Statements and disclosures.
• Support external audits and manage audit deliverables.
• Assist with listed company reporting and regulatory compliance.
