Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting across the Group and subsidiaries.
• Oversee IFRS reporting and preparation of financial statements.
• Manage external audit reviews and policy disclosures.
• Maintain the financial reporting control framework for CEO/CFO attestations.
• Oversee share scheme accounting and related reconciliations.
• Monitor and review funding, covenants and related party transactions.
