Finance Manager position available in Cape Town.

An established retail data and technology group is looking for a CA(SA) qualified Finance Manager to join their centralized finance function, reporting directly into the CFO.

This is a broad and strategic role. Rather than working hands‑on across every function, you’ll be managing the finance team beneath you, overseeing:

• Financial reporting and management accounts
• Budgeting, forecasting and FP&A
• Commercial finance and business partnering
• Treasury and foreign exchange management
• Audit, tax and statutory compliance
• You’ll also play a role in identifying how AI and automation can be brought into the finance function to improve efficiency, you won’t need to build these tools yourself, but a strong understanding of what’s possible and how to implement it will set you apart.

Location: Cape Town or Johannesburg.

Requirements:
