Job summary

D2B is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will design visually compelling graphics that promote our brand, products, and services, supporting marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.

You will lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and push for creative excellence while aligning with client objectives and brand guidelines. This role offers 100% remote work from the Philippines and opportunities to grow with a growing business.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in an agency or high-volume design environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand and campaign work across digital and print.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Advanced retouching and finished art preparation skills.
• Familiarity with automation scripts, asset management, and AI-enhanced design workflows.
• Solid understanding of digital-first design across web, mobile, and social.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
• Portfolio is required.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt designs across POS, print, digital, and social platforms.
• Produce high-quality finished art for press, digital, and social outputs.
• Perform advanced retouching for campaign imagery.
• Prepare press-ready and platform-specific exports.
• Develop distinctive brand assets and campaign visuals that are both on-brief and creatively original.
• Go beyond the brief where possible to add value to client objectives.
• Collaborate closely with creative, production, and account teams.
• Contribute conceptually to ideas and design direction, not just execution.
• Lead and mentor junior designers when needed.
• Leverage automation tools, templates, and workflows for high-volume rollouts.
• Suggest and implement AI tools and process improvements to drive efficiency.
• Maintain brand consistency across formats and markets.
• Ensure all work is world-class, user-friendly, and aligned with both business and consumer needs.
