About the Role

Our client is seeking an exceptional Senior Graphic Designer to join their fully remote team. This role is crucial in defining and elevating the visual identity of our brand across all digital and print mediums. You will lead the creative development of marketing collateral, website assets, social media graphics, presentations, and more. As a Senior Designer, you will be expected to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives, working collaboratively with marketing, product, and sales teams. You will play a key role in maintaining and evolving our brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency and excellence in all communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute high-quality graphic design for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, website banners, infographics, brochures, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual communications, adhering to and evolving brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creators, to understand project needs and deliver effective design solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from brief to final delivery, ensuring timely completion.
• Create compelling visual narratives that effectively communicate brand messages and product value.
• Design user interface elements for digital applications and websites, ensuring aesthetic appeal and usability.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively propose innovative design solutions.
• Provide design feedback and mentorship to junior designers or team members.
• Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.
• Advanced proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma or Sketch is a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
• Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
