Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with other design software.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design graphics for digital and print including social media, banners, infographics, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual identity consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects with timely delivery and scope adherence.
• Source and edit high-quality images and videos as needed for design projects.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers or external agencies.
