Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of brand identities, including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual language.
• Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Create compelling visual assets for various marketing collateral, digital platforms, and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with strategists and clients to understand brand objectives and target audiences.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively.
• Ensure all designs meet high standards of aesthetic quality and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with design trends, competitor analysis, and emerging visual communication strategies.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall creative output of the agency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or Brand Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity development.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and potentially After Effects.
• Solid understanding of branding principles, design theory, and visual communication strategies.
• Experience in creating and managing brand guidelines.
• Excellent conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
