Job summary

Performability Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Sr Graphic Designer focused on packaging and POS design. The role is based on-site in the Umhlanga side of Durban, working with brands to create eye-catching packaging, labels and point-of-sales displays for consumer products.

You will collaborate with industrial designers, account managers and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are print-ready, manage multiple projects and deliver concepts that communicate brand identity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years related experience.
• Proven experience in packaging design and point of sale displays, preferably within FMCG/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative packaging, labels and point of sales displays for consumer products.
• Collaborate with industrial designers, account managers and manufacturing to ensure designs are print-ready.
• Conceptualize and develop creative packaging and POS concepts that communicate brand identity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines effectively.
