Job summary

Prime Fastener, a leading manufacturer of eco-friendly trims for the clothing industry, is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer in Cape Town to create product trims, labels, and packaging.

You will develop graphics, layouts, logos, and label concepts, prepare print-ready files, maintain consistent branding, and support marketing with digital and print design, collaborating with product and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in graphics and graphic design with a portfolio.
• Minimum 5 years experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Corel Draw.
• Experience with industry-standard design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is advantageous.
• A relevant qualification or diploma in Graphic Design or related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop graphics and layouts for product trims, labels and packaging.
• Work on logo and label concepts and prepare print-ready files.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to translate client requirements into visuals.
• Maintain consistent branding across materials and select typography.
• Support marketing initiatives with digital and print design as needed.
