Hire Africa is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to craft high-quality assets across digital, print, branding and advertising. You will translate briefs into impactful deliverables, lead projects end-to-end, and elevate brands through strong conceptual thinking and collaboration.

You will mentor junior designers, work with cross-functional teams, and stay ahead of design trends while delivering on tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Formación

• Bachelor-level design education or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–7 years in creative/advertising/branding environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-format campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Create visual assets for multi-channel campaigns (social, web, print, events).
• Lead visual development from concept to final execution.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for consistency.
• Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, developers and accounts.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Present concepts and design rationale to stakeholders/clients.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to enhance outputs.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and quality.
• Contribute ideas beyond execution to support campaigns.
