Qualifications

• Six+ years in design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced setting.
• Strong portfolio showing digital design craft and integrated campaigns.
• Experience leading design work, reviewing output and mentoring others.
• Telecommunications or large consumer brands experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, layouts and visual narratives that answer briefs and support campaign objectives.
• Define campaign aesthetics with typography, composition, imagery and visual hierarchy.
• Lead design reviews and mentor junior/mid designers.
• Present ideas to teams and clients, with constructive responses to feedback.
• Create platform-appropriate assets for social, display, web and digital touchpoints.
• Apply responsive design, usability and accessibility; collaborate with developers.
• Build reusable templates and design systems for efficient rollout.
• Use approved AI tools within workflows, ensuring originality and brand suitability.
