Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Non-profit Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in grant writing and fundraising in non-profit sector.
• Proven track record securing large grants and strong writing/editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify funding sources including foundations, corporations, and government grants.
• Develop and write persuasive grant proposals, applications, and reports.
• Cultivate and manage donor relationships and stewardship programs.
• Develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet financial goals.
• Manage grant lifecycle from prospect research to reporting.
• Collaborate with program staff to reflect project needs in proposals.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of documentation.
• Maintain a donor information database and analyze fundraising data.
