The role demands 5+ years in project management within sports or events, a proven track record with large accounts, and excellence in communication, leadership, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably within sports, events, or sponsorship sectors.
• Proven track record managing large-scale client accounts and complex projects.
• Strong expertise in budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Solid understanding of contractual and legal considerations in event management.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, briefs, concepts, and proposals.
• Develop and sustain client relationships at multiple levels.
• Oversee golf sponsorship accounts and deliverables.
• Lead planning, execution, reporting, and debriefing of events.
• Create project plans, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Translate briefs into internal directives and proposals.
• Present proposals to executive-level clients.
• Coordinate marketing content and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage suppliers, rights holders, and budgets.
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and financial performance.
