Job summary

NTT DATA in Cape Town is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to design, manage, and optimize global compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. You will partner with HR and senior leaders to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals.

The role requires 8–10 years of compensation experience, advanced analytics, and strong stakeholder management across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration or Finance.
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or a similar compensation certification advantageous.
• 8-10 years of relevant compensation experience.
• Strong design, benchmarking, analytics, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with global compensation compliance across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and maintain global compensation programs.
• Advise on base pay structures, incentive and recognition plans.
• Participate in compensation benchmarking and salary surveys.
• Present compensation analyses, findings, and recommendations to HR and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with compensation regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
