Job summary

The Staff Connection is recruiting a Unit Manager for a geriatric care facility in Gauteng. You will oversee overall management and care of the facility, ensuring high standards of daily living and resident satisfaction.

The role requires a Registered Nurse with SANC registration, at least five years in unit management, strong knowledge of applicable acts, and solid leadership, HR, financial reporting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified registered nurse with SA practice license and SANC registration.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Unit Manager in geriatric care.
• Proven knowledge of relevant Acts and Legislations.
• Computer literate and holds a valid driver’s license.
