Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Geology or related Earth Science.
• 8+ years progressive experience in mineral exploration/mining geology.
• Underground operations experience is essential.
• Proficiency in geological modeling software and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed geological mapping and core logging.
• Develop and maintain 3D geological models to delineate ore bodies.
• Provide geological input for mine planning, reconciliation, and resource estimation.
• Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and geologists to optimize drilling and design.
• Perform geological risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Supervise junior geologists and technical staff.
• Prepare geological reports and presentations for management.
• Ensure data management and QC of geological information.
