Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Game Producer to lead game development projects from concept to launch in their studio located in Mossel Bay. This pivotal role requires a blend of creative vision, project management expertise, and strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully shipping titles and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. This is a key position within our client's growing Western Cape game studio, offering the chance to shape exciting new gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire game development lifecycle, from initial concept through to post-launch support.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Facilitate effective communication between development teams, publishers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth progress and timely delivery.
