The ideal candidate will lead wildlife management, hunting operations, and client relations with international guests, driving growth and ensuring high standards of service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a game farm or wildlife ranch.
• Strong background in game farm and wildlife management.
• Experience in farming and broader operational management.
• Professional hunting experience preferred.
• Established network within the international hunting community.
• Commercially astute with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently and represent the business professionally.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience dealing with international guests and stakeholders.

Senior Game Farm Manager – Luxury Game Reserve – Cradock, Eastern Cape

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Game Farm Manager for a luxury game reserve based in Cradock, Eastern Cape. This is a senior, live-in management role overseeing an approximately 10,000-hectare game farm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full day-to-day management of the reserve, including wildlife and farm operations, hunting activities, client acquisition and the ongoing development of the business. This role requires a commercially minded leader who is confident engaging with international clients and representing the reserve at the highest level.
