Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) is mandatory.
• 5+ years post-qualification experience in fund management or asset management.
• Experience in multi-jurisdictional funds and complex investment structures.
• Strong IFRS reporting and investor reporting experience.
• Experience with tax and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, tax and legal compliance across entities and funds.
• Prepare IFRS financial statements and quarterly management accounts.
• Coordinate external audits and investor reporting deliverables.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with LPAs and investor letters.
• Support deal team on tax efficiency and treasury matters.
• Provide guidance to team and engage with investors, auditors and regulators.
