The client develops, owns and operates renewable‑energy assets across South Africa, with a primary focus on commercial and industrial solar PV and battery‑energy storage systems. The business delivers clean, reliable decentralised power solutions that help companies reduce costs, improve energy resilience and meet their sustainability objectives.
ACG Growth Partners™ is recruiting a Fund Administrator on behalf of this business. The appointment will own the operational backbone of the capital raise and work directly alongside the Chief Financial Officer on its execution.
The Fund Administrator is the central coordination point for the raise — the person who keeps investors, distributors and compliance workflows moving in step, and who ensures nothing falls between the cracks. The role combines precise back‑office processing with confident, client‑facing coordination, and offers material scope to grow alongside the raise and the Chief Financial Officer’s mandate.
The successful candidate will be methodical and unusually reliable, comfortable holding the master view of a live capital raise while a number of parties depend on it. They will be confident dealing directly with investors and intermediaries, disciplined about records and controls, and inclined to raise an issue early rather than let it become urgent.
This role will suit a fund administration or investor operations professional who wants ownership rather than a narrow processing brief, and who is looking for scope to grow as the raise and the Chief Financial Officer’s mandate expand.
