Job summary

MECS Africa is seeking an experienced Fund Administration professional to join our investor operations team in South Africa. You will manage onboarding, AML/KYC checks, and documentation coordination with investors, IFAs and distributors.

You will maintain audit-ready records, support CFO and senior management, and ensure compliance with internal controls while delivering high-level administrative support and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in fund administration or investor operations.
• Working knowledge of AML/KYC and investor onboarding.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with investors and intermediaries.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of AML/KYC and investor onboarding.


• Strong organisational and administrative skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Confident dealing with investors, IFAs and intermediaries.


• Strong Excel skills and experience with CRM/document management systems.


• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Advantageous: Experience with distributor/IFA channels, investment administration, paraplanning or executive support.
