Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable full-stack web applications using Python (Django/Flask) for the backend and React for the frontend.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to define feature requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and manage databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ensure data integrity and security.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend services.
• Implement automated testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technology selection.
• Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge within the team.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Extensive experience with JavaScript frameworks, particularly React, and modern frontend development tools.
• Solid understanding of database design, management, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.
