Placements24 is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer in Midrand to design, develop and mentor on cutting‑edge web applications. You will combine Python (Django/Flask) with React to deliver scalable solutions and lead architectural discussions.

You will collaborate with product and design teams, drive best practices, review code, mentor juniors, and stay ahead of industry trends in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with opportunities for growth and exposure to cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Proven expertise in Python and its frameworks (Django, Flask).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
• Relational databases experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Git and version control experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
