Leadership and mentoring skills for operational teams.
Experience with Salesforce/CRM and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary fraud subject matter expert within the Cape Town operation.
Provide on-the-ground expert guidance and support to the team.
Ensure daily fraud tasks and controls are completed accurately within service levels.
Conduct initial assessment and escalation of complex fraud cases.
Monitor emerging fraud trends and attack patterns to inform controls.
Deliver on-the-ground fraud training and coaching to colleagues.
Support onboarding and development of new team members.
Maintain SOPs and provide knowledge resource across the operation.
Support incident response and implementation of new fraud tools.
