Job summary

The Beverage Company seeks a Senior Financial Manager: FP&A to lead forecasting, planning and analysis. You will consolidate plans (PSP, AOP, rolling forecasts), drive insights for senior stakeholders and oversee cost governance.

The role requires a postgraduate degree in financial management, 12+ years in finance with FMCG FP&A, and proficiency in SAP, QlikView and MS Office. You will manage a team and shape FP&A processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate degree in Financial Management or related discipline (CA(SA) or CIMA preferred).
• 12+ years of financial experience, with more than 5 years in FMCG FP&A.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in FMCG process development and execution.
• SAP, Microsoft Office and QlikView experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead synthesis and consolidation of financial plans, including PSP, AOP, monthly rolling forecasts, and weekly flash reports.
• Manage FP&A relations and serve as the primary point of contact for FP&A matters.
• Develop and enhance FP&A processes and tools to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial forecast deliverables.
• Oversee cost management, governance, and optimization for expenditure.
