The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of FMCG supply chain leadership, strong WMS/TMS/ERP knowledge, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels across the distribution network.
• Oversee logistics: warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), negotiating contracts and monitoring performance.
• Implement robust inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and carrying costs.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Implement best practices in supply chain management, including demand forecasting, network optimization, and risk management.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain and logistics professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards within FMCG.
