Formación

• 4+ years of experience in customer support within the financial services industry.
• Solid knowledge of financial products, services, and applicable regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert support to clients on a range of financial products, including investments, loans, and banking services.
• Investigate and resolve complex customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Process account-related transactions and requests accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all customer interactions and transactions comply with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to relevant departments for process improvement.
• Assist clients with navigating online banking platforms and mobile applications.
• Conduct client reviews and provide personalized financial guidance where appropriate.
