• Proven capability to lead multi-disciplinary teams on large transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for critical client meetings.
