Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of consulting experience with financial services focus.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent virtual communication and client management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies for financial services clients.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
• Advise C-suite on strategic initiatives, M&A, digital banking, and regulatory changes.
• Lead virtual project teams and ensure high-quality deliverables remotely.
