Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' recruitment consultancy experience, with a focus on Financial Services.
• Proven track record placing candidates in banks, insurance, investment firms, and FinTech.
• Strong relationship management and business development capabilities.
• Ability to work in hybrid office/remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process for financial services roles, including banking, investments, insurance, and risk management.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the financial services industry.
• Source and attract top-tier candidates, utilizing advanced search techniques and networking.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating technical expertise, commercial acumen, and cultural fit.
• Negotiate complex offer packages and manage the offer process to ensure successful placements.
• Stay abreast of financial market trends, regulatory changes, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Mentor and support junior members of the recruitment team.
